1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie flavored sauce (I used Torani, but you can make homemade, here’s a recipe)
Opt: cinnamon wafer cookie for garnish or crushed for rimming glass
If you want to rim the glass, dip the rim in some of the Pumpkin Pie syrup, then in crushed cinnamon wafer cookie (or just combine a little bit of brown sugar and cinnamon on a plate and use that instead of the cookie)
In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, egg nog, almond liqueur and pumpkin pie sauce. Shake well and strain into martini glass.
If you can’t find Torani Pumpkin Pie sauce and you don’t want to make homemade, go ahead and use any caramel syrup, it’s good too!
