Cantaloupe and Ice Cream


  • Cantaloupe
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Honey
  • chopped Mint


  1. Cut cantaloupe in half and remove seeds. If you have a mini cantaloupe one half is the perfect size, if not, use about 1/4 of a larger cantaloupe per person. Place a large scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream on top of cantaloupe. Drizzle some honey over ice cream. Sprinkle with chopped mint.
