Chocolate Martini

Here’s a fantastic Chocolate Martini that I like to enjoy for an awesome after dinner cocktail.  It’s one of my favorites!

When I lived briefly in NYC in 2013 we were staying at an extended stay hotel/apartment type place.  One of the amenities I enjoyed was the resident lounge.  It was quite cozy with a really cool fireplace and a great bartender named Ebony.  She made fantastic Chocolate Martinis for me every time I’d stop by after dinner before heading up to the room.  Ebony shared her recipe with me and now I’m sharing it with you.

I know I’ve made a lot of chocolate flavored martinis on this blog, like my favorite Chocolate Raspberry-tini and the very popular Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup martini, but this one is a bit different.  It has Baileys Irish Cream and Kahlua in it as well as a citron or orange flavored vodka and some orange bitters.  And, of course, a splash of cream and chocolate syrup!  It’s quite delicious and I hope you give it a try!
