Wisconsin Old Fashioned Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 Luxardo cherries (with a little syrup)
  • 1 Slice orange, peel removed and save for garnish
  • 1 Demerara sugar cube (omit for less sweet drink)
  • 3–4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • 2 oz. Korbel Brandy
  • Splash of Squirt soda

Instructions

In rocks glass (lowball glass) add sugar cube (if using) and soak with the bitters.  Add cherries and orange slice.  Muddle together.

Fill glass with ice, then add brandy, give it a quick stir and a top with Squirt soda and reserved orange rind.
