Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 parts Prosecco
  • 2 parts Aperol
  • 1 part club soda (sparkling water)

Garnish:

  • Orange slice
  • Olive

 

Instructions

Fill large wine glass with ice, then Prosecco, Aperol and club soda.  Garnish with orange slice and, if desired, an olive.
