With just a few ingredients I made this simple Apple Cider Ice Cream using my Ninja Creami machine. Sure, it may be cold outside but I’ll eat ice cream any time of year!
I had Honeycrisp Apple Cider leftover from some holiday cocktails so I asked ChatGBT for an ice cream recipe using apple cider. This recipe is really easy, just whisk together cider, heavy cream, sugar and a couple spices. I used my Ninja Creami machine but you could use a regular ice cream maker, just follow the manufacturers instructions on chilling/churning the ice cream base.
This Apple Cider Ice Cream combines the rich essence of apple cider with the warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg, creating a frozen dessert that’s perfect for fall/winter when you have such delicious apple cider in abundance!

Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider, heavy cream, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour ice cream mixture in two Ninja Creami pints and place in freezer overnight.
- Blend ice cream in your Ninja Creami on ice cream setting.
