  • 2 oz. rum
  • 1 oz. coconut rum
  • 2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. cream of coconut
  • 1/2 oz. blue curaçao
  • Garnish as desired


  1. Combine rums, pineapple juice and cream of coconut in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass. Slowly drizzle down the side of the glass the blue curaçao. It will settle at the bottom and create a beautiful layered look.
