Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Miso Butter Glaze



Miso Butter Glaze

1 Tbls. white miso

2 Tbls. rice vinegar

1 Tbls. maple syrup

2 Tbls. melted butter

pinch of salt,  if needed

For the Sprouts

1 lb. brussels sprouts

neutral oil to drizzle over sprouts

salt &  pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Cut off stems and slice Brussels sprouts in half.  Place on large baking sheet.  Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper on them.  Roast 15-20 minutes.
  • While sprouts are roasting, add miso butter glaze ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine well.  Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed.  You can also add a little grated ginger if you like.
  • To serve, drizzle miso butter glaze over Brussels sprouts.
