Cut off stems and slice Brussels sprouts in half. Place on large baking sheet. Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. Roast 15-20 minutes.
While sprouts are roasting, add miso butter glaze ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine well. Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed. You can also add a little grated ginger if you like.
To serve, drizzle miso butter glaze over Brussels sprouts.
