1 (12oz. bag) fresh cranberries
1/2 c. orange juice (I used a couple Cuties mandarin oranges)
1/4 C. lime juice (about 3–4 limes)
1 jalapeno, seeded, deveined, chopped
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. orange liqueur
1/2 tsp. salt
In saucepan, combine orange zest & juice, jalapeno, lime juice, sugars and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add cranberries, return to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop and sauce begins to thicken (about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat, stir in orange liqueur. Let cool or refrigerate prior to serving.
