Here’s a refreshing Grapefruit Martini that’s not too tart, not too sweet. Really delicious!
I was given a bunch of grapefruits from a friend’s tree so I decided to revisit this recipe I posted many years ago. I had my parents over for dinner and typically my mom drinks lemon drops so I thought I’d switch it up on her and serve these grapefruit martinis. She loved them… and so did I!
If you prefer a little more sweetness to your flavored martinis, just add a splash of simple syrup. I tried it with and without a splash and I liked it best with a little simple syrup. It’s really just a matter of personal preference, and the sweetness of your grapefruit.
