Going lower carb and Mediterranean today with these no cooking required, just assembly Gyros Lettuce Wraps!
This entire meal was inspired by a recent shopping trip to Costco! I bought some precooked gyro slices which turned out to be quite delicious. Also grabbed a container of their Tzatziki sauce (sooo good), feta cheese, cucumbers, grape tomatoes and lettuce.
There’s no real cooking involved with these Gyros Lettuce Wraps, just a little slicing and assembly. How perfect is that for something quick and easy? And… if you think you need some bread instead of lettuce to wrap it all up, use Naan bread!Print
Gyros Lettuce Wraps
- Gyro slices, precooked
- Tzatziki sauce
- English cucumber, sliced
- Grape tomatoes, sliced
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Mint leaves, chopped
- Romaine lettuce leaves (I used baby romaine lettuce)
Slice the cucumber and tomatoes, chop some mint, and set aside. Heat the gyro slices in microwave according to package directions.
Spoon some Tzatziki sauce down the middle of a lettuce leaf. Top with a couple slices of the gyro meat, a few cucumber and tomato slices. Sprinkle some feta cheese on top and garnish with chopped mint.
