I loved orange creamsicles as a kid and these Mandarin Orange Yogurt Popsicles are reminiscent of those delicious frozen treats! These popsicles can be made dairy free by substituting plant based vanilla yogurt for dairy yogurt.
I had a big bag Mandarin oranges from Costco to make my favorite margaritas. To be honest, that’s a lot of margaritas if I used all the oranges so I thought popsicles would be a good way to use some up! Feel free to use clementines, etc., they’re all good! I used a high speed blender to blend puree the oranges and didn’t bother to strain it. In fact, I even added some of the orange zest, so there’s a little bit of texture in these popsicles but not much.

- Yield: 10 popsicles 1x

- 1 tsp. vanilla (I used vanilla paste)
- 1 1/2 C. vanilla yogurt (dairy or vegan)
Instructions
Add peeled mandarin oranges, a little zest (about 1-2 tsp.), sugar and vanilla to a blender. I use a Nutribullet. Blend well, then add yogurt and give it a quick blend to combine all ingredients.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
