2 parts Watermelon puree (just blend some seedless watermelon cubes in a blender)*

6 large Mint leaves
1/4 Lime

Instructions

Muddle mint and lime with a little bit of ice in a cocktail shaker. Add puree, vodka, triple sec and more ice and shake well. Strain and serve in chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime, mint sprig and/or a piece of watermelon.

*I strained my puree through a mess strainer so it wan’t too “pulpy”
