Spiced Apple Ginger Rum Cocktail

11/27/2013 by Judy Leave a Comment

This Spiced Apple Ginger Rum Cocktail is the result of spending one morning experimenting in the bar trying to come up with something different using the random bottles of booze I’ve accumulated.  The apple cider, ginger and vanilla liqueurs and spices make this a delicious Fall/Winter cocktail. I was happy with my experiment on this one, some of the others I tried…not so much!

Now, I suppose you could call this drink a martini and serve it in a martini glass.

But since I decided to change things up a bit and used rum instead of vodka, and also poured it over ice, I’m calling this drink a cocktail instead. Either way you serve it, it’s delicious.
