This Spiced Apple Ginger Rum Cocktail is the result of spending one morning experimenting in the bar trying to come up with something different using the random bottles of booze I’ve accumulated.
The apple cider, ginger and vanilla liqueurs and spices make this a delicious Fall/Winter cocktail. I was happy with my experiment on this one, some of the others I tried…not so much! Just in case you don’t have vanilla or ginger liqueur, feel free to substitute vanilla paste (or extract) and some fresh muddled ginger (or ginger paste).
