It’s the summer of spritz… and this Limoncello Spritz is coming in hot! Lemony, refreshing and oh so delicious!

Not only did I drink quite a few Aperol Spritzes while in Italy last month, I also drank quite a few Limoncello Spritzes too!   The recipe has the same proportions as the Aperol Spritz: 3 parts Prosecco,  2 parts Limoncello, 1 part club soda… but in all honesty, who measures? Not me!  Just fill your wine glasses with ice, add about half full of Prosecco, as much Limoncello you like (I recommend homemade Limoncello) and top with some club soda.  Simple as that.  Garnish with some lemon slices and enjoy!

I’ll be dreaming of our time in Positano while sipping this delicious spritz!

Love Limoncello like me? Here’s a few more Limoncello recipes to try!
